I think I need to share my experience I had this morning in one of your branches…read more I use the Liverpool street station branch most mornings in the week, but I'm so appalled with the Sunday morning customer service and find the young Asian girl that works on a Sunday morning the most rudest human on earth. No customers was there so I walked up to the counter and said good morning, the girl behind turned looked at me with a rude look and continued to make her tea, so I was seen but not greeted for about 2 minutes while she made her cup of tea, then when I was finally acknowledged I was greeted with an under the breath ' yeah' to which I said 'pardon?' Then she said ' what do you want', by this time I was taken aback by her attitude and rudeness. I asked for the company's email or HR and was told to google it. She barely heated my ham and cheese panini so ended up with a stone cold breakfast and the worst cup of tea with a awful start to my working day. I'm so upset and I never ever make complaints but this has really thrown me aback as I work in customer service and use this branch most mornings. Definitely not going back to this branch on a Sunday morning.
