Reason for taking off a star: The ordering process is somewhat unclear. You kinda order at the counter, help yourself to drinks from the cooler, then a waitress appears with your food eventually and then you pay at a register after your meal. So it's sort of self serve, but not really?
also our food order took forever. Guess that is justified since it was a baked dish, but it would have been nice if they had warned us about the wait ahead of time.
