When I addressed this to the management of the restaurant they were very aggressive in speaking with me although I was very calm and polite. They told me this is normal and to go if we don't eat. There were enough free tables so that they don't lose the clients that would have consumed more so I really didn't understand their behaviour. I don't agree with this policy of restaurant to only accept people who consume more but I can accept they have this. But they way they communicated this to us was terrible. No one told us from the beginning, we were already sitting at a table and then they came and told us that if we don't eat we have to go. I am definitely never coming back to this restaurant even though I am quite often in Monschau. I don't recommend it. There are enough nice places in Monschau to chose from.
