Despite my attempts to wave down the waitresses so we could order and saying "Hallo" when she was standing near me, we left after 20 minutes. The one waitress took 10 minutes to pour 3 shots of Schnapps and delivered them to the table next to us, without ever glancing in our direction. The other one took 5 minutes to put one glass of Altbier, again delivering it to the table (and the woman!) seated right next to me. She did not look at us at all. AS I sat there looking around, I noticed that the majority of the tables had already finished eating and there was one other table waiting to order. Not sure why the waitresses were too busy to take our order. Needless to say, we were pretty irritated. How unbelievably rude! It is a shame too because the food looked pretty good, but after this experience, I doubt we will give them another chance.

We have eaten here multiple times because the food is good, consistent and they have a kid's menu…read moreand play area. Most times the service is fine and the food comes in a relatively reasonable time frame. There have been a couple of times when the food took longer than normal but overall we have been happy here. The pizza is delicious and the salads are also a nice alternative when you are looking for something lighter than pizza, pasta or heavy german food.
