A minimalistic Masterpiece…read more This place looks common, the pizza looks common, the pizza is thick. All things i usually wouldn´t consider to make a good pizza. But these pies really proof that you can´t rate things always as what they look like. I recommend a pizza with ham, mushrooms and Mario´s garlic pickled chillies. I think the secret to the great taste is the owner Mario, it seems he cares a lot about his ingrediences. And even the thickness of the pizza here is kind of a pro argument because the dough is so fucking good. It has that fermented taste, like the dough already had some time till it was finally baked. And Mario also doesn´t like when people fuck around with his pizza because once when i didn´t hold it well he almost screamed: careful with the pizza :D Nachtrag: I had to take one star because the quality varies a little bit. Sometimes you get fresh ingrediences, sometimes not so fresh, sometimes the Pizza is more done, sometimes not enough. I really ate incredible Pizzas here but i can´t rate this place with 5 stars when the quality varies so much... Still a great Pizza that i would always recommend!
