Technically they are both "chops"... but I paid a premium price for a substituted, cheaper cut. When I asked the server about it, he made a big deal about different sized lamb chops from different countries and that I was mistaken.... lamb cuts are the same no matter what country. The server complained that I didn't ask for everything at once (water, extra sauce...) because I made him come back to the table too much. I was the only one outside.... And asked him for two things. He was annoyed and then tried to recover. The dishonesty and rudeness = 1 star. I think he took advantage. Maybe because I'm a tourist.
