If they surcharge you, contact your bank and have it reversed, because they have broken the law. 2. Staff are inattentive. They seem to nonchalantly ask "Can I help you?" then scamper off. They don't bring water, offer menus, Wi-Fi password, help you with the App, etc. 3. They have split bill, because you pay when ordering, rather than at the end. Which I quite like. It also means you can leave as soon as you finish, rather than trying to find one of the evasive staff that seem to scamper away from you. 4.
