One of my faves is having a Cesar salad at "Keens Steakhouse" in midtown Manhattan. YUM! It's hard to top that. However, this Cesar salad in the stone bowl with the hard boiled egg, fresh shaved Parma cheese & super fresh anchovy dressing keeps me coming back here just for that. The other thing I love here is the pizza dough & scratch Italian bread they make. The pizza dough is very very good when it's cooked properly. It's old world style, just like in Italy.
