Damn you, Tassone. I've never encountered a pizza delivery service which would care less about their customers and be so sloppy at everything they do. The first two times we ordered from it via Lieferando the pizza was decent however it took them an hour to get it delivered. The third time it also took an hour, but the crust was in serious need in some oven-time, it was all just really mushy. The fourth time it took them an hour, a call, a subsequent call after another 30 min and then additional 10 min to get it here, and the "here" is within 2-3 min walking distance. To make things even better - the crust was mushy again (obviously an attempt to rush things in the last minute). The people responsible weren't particularly sorry (or surprised), after such a major mess-up one would at least expect sincere apologies, perhaps with a complimentary wine bottle (who am I kidding, it's Tassone!). The other pizzerias in Radolfzell never take more than 40min (and that's on a very busy day) and they certainly care more about their customers.
I'll be damned if I ever order from this place again. read more
