We wanted to give them a second chance, and yesterday we ordered a Club sandwich in promotion... But this time, we were charged for two clubs, rather than just one (as we get). We pick up and take away the crinkly fries and cheese curds smothered in gravy to enjoy at home. The regular poutine is delicious but the chicken poutine takes things up a notch. The chicken is a mix but seems to be primarily dark meat. There are multiple size options - all of which will come out bigger than you expect. The small is enough for a sitting and a half for me. I love the crinkle of the fries but wish they were a little crispier to withstand the gravy and curds. The gravy is the right consistency (not too thin or thick) but could use a little more flavor for my tastes.

I visited their second day after opening and wasn't informed that it was cash only until after I ordered which was an annoyance. There was a delay in my order as the new register had an issue, but they should have begun cooking my order while trying to figure it out rather than make the customer wait the extra time. The food itself was quality and tasty! I tried the wings (jerk) which came with an order of fries (they actually looked like potatoes, not frozen!). It was sliiiightly pricey ($12 where I would expect it to maybe be $10) but not enough that it would push me away from ordering. They have ample seating and I'm sure they'll be quite popular once they're fully operational.

We have lived in this area for awhile, and have been eyeing this rotisserie for awhile. It is very small, but always looks well-kept from the outside. Today we decided to try out the food, and thankfully were not disappointed. The interior is VERY tiny, but very clean and surprisingly inviting for such a petite establishment. The owner was behind the counter and extremely friendly, even before my husband (who is bilingual) told him in passing that this was our first time there. Hubby ordered the special of the day (the club sandwich) and I ordered a chicken breast. Both came with a nice-sized side order of fries, a container of their BBQ sauce, and a container of coleslaw. After visiting all the other popular chicken places (St-Hubert, Fusee, Scores, etc) where I swear they all use the same sauce base with less or more pepper per place, Vic's uses an entirely different sauce than I am used to, and I REALLY enjoyed the difference. More tomato-y with a kick, and went VERY well with both the chicken and the fries. They accept cash, Interac, Visa, and MasterCard, and deliver as well as have group specials.

Easy fan of their "crunchy jack burger" piled high with crispy fried onions, chipotle mayo and maple BBQ sauce. Also the simple chili. Looks like it came from a can but definitely doesn't taste like it. Pizzas are all wood fired. Chewy, puffy crust. Order by the menu or customize as much as you like. Ingredients might not be the highest quality but it's still hand crafted and better than any premade processed pie. Create your own pasta, OK. Satisfying since its made for your mood. Tortellini with spicy arabiatta, mushrooms and spicy Italian sausage somehow matches the energy at the tables. All beat the quality of a certain Olive chain. A lot of people rave about the bone marrow poutine, so I figured for $18, it must be something special, right? Sadly, it just tasted like a regular poutine with a bone thrown on top it didn't add any extra flavor, just an extra cost. The wings were decent but nothing I haven't had before.
