Love the concept (arcade, billiards, food, beer, and music all at one place). Small enough so you can turn your children loose to play arcade games and not feel they will get lost. Big enough with the high ceiling to feel like you're in a large restaurant/bar but without all the drunks. It's bright, family friendly but still adult enough to have fun if you don't have children. Amanda, Josh, and all the employees are polite and competent. Cool place to go if you're a nerd too. "ham solo" I mean come on, that's genius. Plenty of things to look at for anyone who enjoys a little nerd culture. The food portions are large too. I have never been there when I didn't need a take home box, so bring your appetite!

Was it worth it? The answer is yes. Upon entering we noticed the old school red booths and an array of arcades lined up from the door all the way down to the bathroom. Once seated we perused the menu and chose one large "Meat"eor, and a large Supernova. My better half and I decided to take advantage of the free arcades offered in the back. The ones in the front were pay to play which isn't bad at all. If you're on a budget just head on back. Oh and I believe they had pizza buffets which we missed by an hour. That sounds like heaven lol Our supernova and "meat"eor were served to the table piping hot. We all immediately chowed down. The sauce was tangy and a little sweet with melted mozzarella cheese. The dough was spongy and buttery. This was more of a bread texture for me on the crust. The banana peppers on the super nova was good, but a bit overpowering with its vinegar. Everything was freshly made and the employees were fast and kind. We would definitely come back and try the calzones! Great place for dates, family and friends !!

We did not have any problems: service was swift and the setting is fine. The location was reasonably clean and we got, exactly, what we ordered: a large sausage pizza. So why were we not impressed! The sauce is first, it didn't have much flavor. Second, the sausage was different (like a long sausage sliced thin); we just didn't like it. Third, it was kind of salty tasting (maybe the sausage?). On the positive side, I will give the crust a nice nod as it has some crispness. I make a lot of pizzas at home and my homemade pizzas are every bit as good. The only location in Tri Cities I like better than mine is Raffael's. You may disagree, and that is fine, but, for our palate, we will not return.

So with me having no way to go get the pizza i had to have it delivered or have no pizza at all. After talking to the representative on the phone i ordered a chocolate chip cookie to go with the pizza. When my order was delivered, i asked the driver why and he told me that i was talking to the customer service people instead of the actual restaurant itsself. I think with the way things are today and with me hearing in the news that the restaurants are closing down for dine in going to take out and deliver only that you should take into consideration that there are disabled people and senior citizens out there on fixed incomes that can't drive to come do take outs and have to do delivery, and are also on fixed incomes that cant afford anything more than what they order...like me. I'm disabled on a fixed income. My order with just the pizza by itsself was 13 dollars and something. He told me that it wasn't enuf to deliver (in so many words) so more or less i had to order another item which brought my total to almost 24 or 27 dollars and something...that being with a delivery fee and tax. When i first set out to order this pizza, i didn't want to spend quiet that much but i was hungry and didn't know that i wasn't speaking to the restaurant instead of customer service. Next time i will make aure that i am speaking to the restaurant instead of customer service. and if they tell me the same thing, i'll just call Dominos.
