WORST PLACE TO EAT.. I can't even call this a restaurant. I got a slice of pizza. The guy used his bare hands after touching keyborads to grab my pizza. When I got back to my office to eat, there were chunks of hair and dirt and fluffs in my food. It looked like they dropped the pizza on a NASTY floor picked it up and put it in the case. Constant miscommunication with staff. Rude over phone, do not deliver Utensils unless you specifically ask for and when you ask for a fork they try to cancel your order. I will not be ordering from them again. Once delivered they still didn't have the utensils... I'm disappointed I try to like them I really try. The delivery guy also added my cell number into his personal phone! So here I am at work hungry with nothing to eat with, and a stranger that now has my phone number. Completely unprofessional. COME ON TOPPER'S!!! I foolishly tried them one more time. What a complete error on my part. Ordered one large 3-topping with original crust hoping they may have improved over last time which was over a year ago. Sadly, they have gotten worse. Once again, they whined they could not find my address in their database. I explained at least 5 times that I live 100 yards east of the store at the address I always use. This girl had me explain how to get here several different ways and then put me through to an arrogant "manager", who had to phone the store to see if hey knew where I was. ONE HUNDRED YARDS AWAY!!! Then he had to confirm that they knew where I was and would they take my order. Took 40 minutes to arrive. The "pizza" was an inch on each side from the edge of the box. I actually measured this "large" 12-inch pizza and it was 10 & 1/4 inches at its widest. That is a medium!! Order was incorrect...again.(asked for regular crust, mine was so thin you could see light through it. Pizza was cold...again. It tasted like charred cardboard...again. There were a total of 8 visible pieces of green pepper, 10 pieces of pepperoni, and I had ordered extra cheese as my third topping. Yet it did not even stretch a little due to being cold and skimpy on ingredients. I'd have gotten more from two large slices. The crust was burnt...again. The driver has become a pro at milking you for tips and stood there counting the tip money while my pizza sat on the floor at his feet. The only thing they got right were the 3 Coke Zero. This place is an absolute ripoff...100%. And trying to place a complaint about the food meets with further arrogance and looks of surprise. They have their abilities of cheating you out of quality product and service and they are good at it. I wish I could give a score of ZERO or MINUS 1. I have heard a TOPPER'S is coming to town and if TOPPER'S can make a pizza that tastes like even as good as a no name brand frozen pizza, they will destroy this disgusting, pathetic, inedible, dog food manufacturer. There is no excuse "NO EXCUSE" for the complete lack of quality they continue to try and pass off as "food". My best advice if you're stuck and buy from them due to nothing else available, dump the pizza in the garbage and heat up the box. read more

The bathroom is always locked which forces customers to purchase something before using the toilet (Urinating is a human need) and hooks the bathroom keys to a wooden block in a silly way to keep people from stealing the keys. The bathroom is perpetually filthy and hasn't been cleaned in months. The ceiling light above the toilet looks to be tampered with which is a safety concern, the walls are covered months worth of grime, and one of the tables is wobbly and hasn't been fixed in half a year! They've messed up my orders all the time and refused to give me a refund for giving me something I did NOT ask for. I was a regular and I always order the same thing so they knew it was wrong but did nothing. One of the employees also charged me 5 cents over and lied to me saying it was the exact amount of change when I knew how much I gave them. Their pizzas are by far the worst in town. They're flat, often have too much sauce, minimal cheese and the bottom is almost always burnt. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

Absolutely Disgusting! Someone I know told me they change their kids diapers where they prepare the food!! Someone actually found shit in their dough!!! There is also a video of the MANAGER yelling and cussning at a customer about an order or something. No joke!! They actually got shut down because of this health issue!!!!!! read more
