First off the menu is very vast. They have a lot of food to choose from. They have Italian offerings, some "Mexican" offerings and some good bar food type offerings. The subs are really good. If it wasn't for the Sugar Cream Pie being the thing Winchester is known for, the Pizza Sub there would be a close second. The deluxe pizzas there are great too. Now why isn't this a 5 star review. I have noticed a lot of growing pains since the "new owners" took over, 6-7 years ago and sometimes the food is still hit or miss. It can be the greatest pizza, sub, salad, nacho, taco, ect you ever tasted, or it can be very very boring, plain, numb food you ever put in your mouth. They are slowly getting better, and more consistent but give it a chance.

We decided on a medium order of old fashioned breadsticks and a medium super supreme pizza with no black olives. Our old fashioned breadsticks came out and we're great! Super cheesy, and we're the perfect start to our meal. About 15 minutes later and our pizza was brought out. This might have been the best pizza we've ever had from Pizza Hut. The crust was awesome, very flavorful and had a great crunch, there wasn't a crazy amount of sauce which was great, there were plenty of toppings but not so many you couldn't enjoy them. This is on S.R. 32, east of U.S. 27 across from Winchester Furniture Showroom and in front of Orscheln farm store. The parking lot is a bit odd. I'm surprised that there hasn't been an accident. Inside, it's a typical but small Burger King with the new TV/monitor panels for the menu. As I talked to the cashier, I learnt that she'd be working there for 8 years. I ordered a double cheeseburger combo, which isn't an official combo any longer. After filling my drink, I returned to waiting and noticed her making milkshakes while talking on her phone. We know how nasty and germ-y phones can be. Why mess with food at the same time? I got my food, sat down at a booth--none seemed cleaned recently--and it was acceptable, but not great. I suppose I was weirded out by the use of the phone. Of course, the two guys discussing comic book characters rather loudly might not have helped. I really don't care what abilities Batman has and what powers Superman has. I only wish I'd had my headphones with me at the time.
