Good thing too, because no one has written a Yelp review of this place in like 8 years. I discovered the place entirely by accident walking back from visiting the University. Initially I didn't even realize it was a fry shop. I saw these amazing Venus of Willendorf-looking figurines in the window and stopped dead in my tracks. My wife was a few paces ahead of me and walked right by the figurines. But she too was stopped cold because she spotted the window with the fries. At the same time we both yelled, look at this! She was pointing at the fries, I was pointing at the art. We both looked at what the other was pointing to, and then changed places. I looked inside the fry shop and I couldn't believe my eyes. I was hungry AF, walking across the city on a chilly day, and out of the blue, here's a shop selling searingly hot golden brown fries. As astonished as I was by the serendipitous appearance of the fry shop, I had to get back to the art so I asked my wife to order. She called me over to ask what kind of sauce I wanted. I love that samples are available to try. All were tasty but we both preferred the Curry Mayo. Objectively speaking, the fries didn't take long. But when you are waiting for fries, especially the kind of fries Frytki+Sos makes, even a short time seems interminably long. So after what seemed like forever I had my fries and I knew everything was going to be OK. And so it was. And so it shall be. If you're visiting Wroclaw I highly recommend this place. I usually ordered the regular fry but I tried the sweet potato version as well. They have a variety of cool sauces available (most vegan) but I only used ketchup. (I know, so unoriginal and American of me lol) A note about the ketchup in Poland- it tastes different than your typical Heinz. More fresh and tomato-ey perhaps? Not in a bad way- just slightly different. You HAVE to try these fries while in Wroclaw. There is usually a line so be prepared to wait! Keep in mind this is merely a window opening in the building- there is no inside space to sit or eat. Maybe do not choose to stop by when it's poor weather.

The pizza was very inventive - curry sauce (mild), with cheese (vegan optional), red pepper, smoked tofu, and green beans - and after baking they added grapes and other peppers. It was as tasty as it was beautiful, and not messy to eat. The vegan kebab was thin slices of spiced veggie meat that had been seared, served with fries, a wonderfully garlicky mayo, and a salad that had corn, red onions, tomato, and a mango-based dressing. All just fantastic! And very friendly to travelers, including having an English menu. Definitely recommend crossing the bridge to try this place.
