The food was excellent although there was one large issue. The service was horrible after we got our food. The workers had been singing to music more times than actually coming out to help people. I watched a lady stand at the counter for over 10-15 minutes to pay for her food. read more

Very nice service and very clean! We had the place to ourselves and the place was spotless, including the restrooms. The crust of the pizza was a little crumbly so it wasn't the best pizza we've had but the experience was a nice respite on our long road trip. read more

I had a review of 1 star before, but someone must have taken it down. Ive given my honest opinon each time. This time it gets another 1 star. The new $5 deal, dont even think about it. They dont honor it. That is so sad for a national chain. If you cant honor the deal of the national chain, you shouldnt be a Franchisee, Period. Why dont you just close down, your competion has no problem with thier specials, Dominos & Little Ceasars that are a better deal then the deal you wont even honor. Update; 11 July 17 Well gave them a couple of months after there remodel. called for delivery but this time they LIE to you, they tell you the deals are expired. This used to be a great place to eat on Friday nights. They used to have wing street wings in different flavors. The pizza flavors and styles used to change regularly on the buffet. The were really good at keeping things stocked. This was not the case tonight. The new owner has removed the ice cream machine. Tonight was a big disappointment. I can say that my family and I will not be back any time soon. Please bring back the wings and ice cream. read more

We were passing through Sterling so decided a chain might be our best bet. We walked in to find two huge fans blowing into the dining area...loudly. Should have been our sign. My husband used the restroom and came out with a funny look on his face. He comment was 'I don't think corporate has been in that bathroom in a looonng time.' Graffiti, gang markings and filth. Our pizza was actually fairly decent but the wait staff couldn't care less and it was quite a wait for our pizza...when we were one of two tables. read more

This Pizza Hut has decent quality when it comes to delivery, but they don't accept ANY of the corporate coupons I receive by being on the PH mailing list. Their owner/manager refuses to return my calls (to ask why they don't accept coupons). It's extremely irritating when I get a PH coupon like a $10 ANY deal ($10 for any size, any toppings) only to click on the link and see "Your local Pizza Hut does not honor this coupon" and then have to pay over $35 for the two pizzas I could have had for $20. Even 'cheap' coupons like a free order of breadsticks or a free 20oz are not honored. Their online ordering is also extremely limited. While other locations offer several options for a component, such as light, normal, or extra sauce, this one only offers normal, meaning if I want anything nonstandard, I have to call in, which negates the convenience of online ordering. As far as the dining room, I haven't been there recently, but a couple years ago, while under the same ownership, the lunch buffet was mediocre at best with dried, stale pizza. I don't recall disliking the salad bar, so it's likely that it wasn't worth complaining about. read more

The new updated building is nice, food seems better, definitely better atmosphere. But damn, the staff just looks lazy. Baggy clothes, hair down, and 0 smiles. They always look pissed off. The shirts hang down past their knees. The shoes drag along the floor. Goodness. Get clothes that fit. And a uniform should be tucked it. Very unprofessional. read more

The only reason they get one star is because ZERO isn't an option. Honestly the grossest pizza I've had in my life!! Even worse than the individual frozen 70 cent pizzas from the grocery store. I ordered the personal cheeseburger pizza. Where to begin? The "ground beef" was slimmy and the lowest form of fake beef I've ever tasted- worse than Taco Bell. The onions were old and in huge chunks. The tomatoes were yellow/orange and very mushy, and they didn't use cheddar cheese like the menu claims. We had been waiting about a half hour for our pizza when we heard the waitress telling the table beside us that their order would be another 30-40 minutes because the kitchen was backed up. Our pizza finally came out after about 40 minutes but it wasn't our order. It was for the table that got tired of waiting and left. We finally got ours 20 minutes later. Downhill since new management took over and the manager is just RUDE. Ordered a pizza online. After 75 minutes with no pizza, I called. Was told that they were backed up and our pizza was just leaving the store. When the delivery guy got to the house, told us a cook had put our pizza had been put in a "pick up" oven instead of sent out for delivery. "The good thing is, it's been kept really warm." These guys were great. I showed up with 18 teenage baseball players. They staff was great, the food was fresh, and the place was very clean. Newly remodeled, the restaurant was wonderful. I would highly recommend this Pizza Hut. read more

I'm forced to order pizza in this town frequently because of limited delivery to our business in this small town. Food OK, but they charge for delivery- about 1 mile and worse yet they choose not to participate in Pizza Hut national promotions! They cite that they are privately owned as the reason. Ordered some pizza from this dump, 30 mins late to have it Deliverd to my house. So I decided to try out their Buffett. I so regret it..ordered wings aswell. They were raw and I'm not a smoker...I swear the dining smell like a bar, cigarette smell was too strong. I will not be going to pizza hut.
