In those 2 yrs I lived here when I go in to order, their soda fountain has been out of service, so the cashier always has to go me ice and the kind of soda I drink, even if I get tea they still have to get me my ice. That really doesn't make sense corporate should have fixed that or got them a new one by now, the other complaint is, the fryer either needs worked on or a new fryer, that one has been acting weird for few weeks I guess. Well I go inside to eat dinner and it's really smokey in there, they said they were very sorry about the smoke but it's their fryer. This is the only chicken place left in (Snyder) Texas and it's really good chicken so corporate or someone higher up better step in and do something, so we can have a good place to eat.

I appreciated her honesty and ordered water instead, only to later discover they charge for tap water. When ordering, I asked for recommendations between their sandwiches and the fish tacos. The fish tacos were recommended, so I gave them a try. When the food arrived, the tortillas were cold, and the fish had been chopped up in the tacos. Later, the waitress asked how I liked them, and I told her they were mediocre. She then explained that the kitchen only cooks one fish fillet and splits it between all three tacos (what!). She even commented that she wished they didn't do that and that the tacos were larger. For $14, receiving what amounts to a single fish fillet divided into three tacos is disappointing. Between the lack of cleanliness, questionable value, and underwhelming food, I CANNOT recommend this place, go elsewhere.

The store is not requiring masks (Thank You!) but still practicing social distancing, they didn't have my order ready on time, had me pay anyway, and didn't show me the pizzas like they used to (custom orders get messed up way too often). I did take pictures of the inside of the wings, with one showing a tinge of blood inside. I also ordered a side salad with dressing, never received the dressing. Needless to say I was furious at the time and I waited for the Pizza Hut survey on this order to arrive in my email. I usually never have issues with this Pizza Hut but this was infuriating and the thought of being served raw chicken bothers me. However, we ended up waiting over 40 minutes for two burgers and two orders of fries. That wouldn't have bothered me, since we knew what we were getting into, but what bothered me is that, when we finally did get our food, it was cold. It's as if they spent 30 minutes preparing the food, then let it sit out for 10 minutes to cool to room temperature before serving. It was very disappointing to spend $28 for two burgers, fries, and cokes, then have to wait so long to finally receive cold food.
