I'll list pros & cons here and a few suggestions: Pros: -there are plenty of flavors, both their specialty and their 10+ sauce/rub options -indoor seating with a few TVs to watch sports Cons(which in my opinion are issues which can be solved): -because there's lots of flavor options, there is a major holdup in the kitchen. Especially if there's large groups of people eating lunch. We've spent over 45 minutes waiting for our food at times which has caused us to withhold going if we know we have a meeting scheduled after lunch. It's also cutting it close for the hourly workers who have to clock in-clock out for their lunch hour. -there is no "lunch menu", everything is à la carte which can make it a bit pricey. How to solve issues: -downsize menu options. Less items to cook means shorter wait times. -create a lunch menu. This would also speed up the process as well as create a fixed cost. Easily you can spend $20-$25 on lunch when you add fries and a drink. I love wings; this is the best wing spot in town hands down. There are things they can do to improve, we are all pulling for their success!

We split the 'Hot Cheetos', did half 'Cajun Dry Rub' and half 'Citrus Buffalo'. I gotta say we were VERY underwhelmed with the Cheeto and Cajun flavoring. They picture SO well but the flavor is just not there. The Citrus one was the tastier of the 3. The saving grace for our meal was the fact that the actual chicken wing meat was delicious.
