Never got a chance to try because the doors were locked at 9 pm on a Saturday night even though the posted hours said 11 pm. First let me preface: i don't like pizza hut. Their pies are too greasy, lack toppings, and overall been going downhill no matter where i tried them. This place reinforces that. So we went inside for the pizza buffet. It's very small, not much out, and prices will average you around $12 a person as of this review. Now i can forgive a lot. Not many workers, can slow things down, staff is friendly but you basically have one person running the entire front with one other in the back. Guys, you need more people. Penny and Abigail worked very hard during a busy night to make sure we were served right! Friendly faces and pizza buffet was well stocked!

I placed my order by calling this location. I went to pick up my food and I sat in the drive thru window for over 6 minutes. Multiple employees standing at the counter eating. I honked my horn after 3 minutes. They turned around and looked at us and still no service at the window and continued eating. After waiting four more minutes, I parked and went in to get my food! All employees still eating. I got my food and left with no tip given! I will go to Marion from now on. read more

The franchise owner informed me on the phone that we were placed on a "do not remake" list after they've repeatedly messed my orders up. I ordered 5 thin and crispy pizzas today and the cheese was crispier than the crust! The owner and managers are rude and the staff clearly lacks proper training. Used to be my favorite pizza place in Mt. Gilead, but this new owner sucks. Always messing something up, never reading the special requests section, questionable service, at best! read more

i ordered on line and it said it would be ready in 14 minutes. I arrived 18 minutes after the order on line and they said I was 10 minutes too early. They told me to pull up and wait and they would bring it out. 15 minutes later I went in and they gad forgotten about me. The pizza was dry cold and had very little toppings on it. This Pizza Hut was the worst, unfriendly place we have ever been in, when we got there, they only had one table to help, we stood there a few waiting to be seated but no one came, with me being handicap we decided to sat down, we also had my 3 year old grandson with us, we sat the over ten min, then my husband went to find a menu, he brought one back, we then set there for over 10 more min and still no help, after about 25 minutes another couple finally came into the place, this girl named Abby seated them, while walking right by us, my husband told her we was ready, and this nasty girl, presided in taking their order of drinks then got them and brought them back and took their food orde, by that time we was over with being treated like this, as we left we ask one if the cooks what the girls name was and she said Abby, she also said did you wait to be seated, which there was no one in there to help us, so this is a way to treat your customers because they seated their self after standing and being handicapped and 3 year old grandson, with us that you had to try to prove a point by making them sit there over a half hour with no service, no wonder this place had no customers and is asking for help, beca no one even wants to work with these rotten no good, nasty, mean, and shouldn't even be working their or with that attitude, anywhere. Terrible buffet very little options. When we got there multiple trays of pizza with 1 slice of pizza then when someone got the pizza after like 20 minutes no more pizza or anything. And like no food I had 2 pieces of thin crust pizza, My grandpa had a plate of pasta. My grandma had 1 piece of taco pizza, 1 piece of thin crust pizza and that's it my sister ate 1 piece of pizza. We called to place our lunch order it took 3 calls to place it. The first thanked me for placing an order and hung up before I even placed my order. The second sounded like they were out side in a wind storm and it cut off before I could place an order. The third finally got to place the order. We ordered 3 pizzas and all 3 were made wrong. 2 thin crust were pan pizzas and the gluten free was missing the mushrooms. The taste honestly was just average not many toppings and skimpy on the cheese. I'm not the one that picked them up so I can't comment on the store staff or service but I probably won't be ordering again when there are so many better options for pizza in our area, I just wish they were open for lunch. read more

We order from Pizza Hut a couple of times a month. We typically order via on-line and just pick up. We usually have prompt service and the quality of the food is always good. Our only issue is that they don't deliver to our home address. We see Dominos delivery people all the time on our road and even though Pizza Hut is closer to us they still don't deliver. read more

When it comes to takeout, this pizza chain location so far is the worst. Ordered online, and so much is skipped out: a good inch of distance between cheese and crust edge, sometimes the crust is soggy, last time I ordered a large with chicken I only got THREE (3) pieces on the entire thing. Ordered two pizzas with hut flavored crust, didn't get anything on one and the wrong flavor on another. So far the only good thing I got are dry rub wings but I bet that's out the window soon too. I typically say when it comes to places like this that your not paying for the brains behind the counter, but the absolute laziness or disregard is going to stop me from ever buying her ever again. read more
