It was easy and user friendly. What's neat is you are given an approximate delivery time and literally are updated by text (if you wish) or you can check your order's progress via the website. A lady named Edith prepared my order and notified me when the driver, Ahmad, was ready to make the delivery. I was notified the minute he left and arrived. Needless to say, I greeted him with a huge, hungry smile. He was so pleasant, friendly, and professional. He seemed to enjoy his job and most of all, I had my food in 13 minutes! Tonight I ordered around 715 pm. I got there around 745 pm and my order wasn't ready. The employee asked me to wait 15 more minutes as they were busy. Ok no problem. I came back in 20 minutes, no one at the counter working so I had to wait another 10-15 minutes until another employee was checking orders and I asked him for mine. I drive all the way home, only to find 2 of my pizzas were incorrect. I called and spoke to the Manager Megan. She said she could remake them and have them ready in 20 minutes. I asked if they could be delivered, my kids were starving by this time. She got smart with me stating that she could not make my order a priority due to their mistake.....I would have to bring the pizza back or take a credit. I asked for a refund and I could bring the pizza back. That's when she got disrespectful and I had to end the conversation. A few minutes later I called back and asked if I can get the credit and use it at another store because her customer service was utterly dispicable. She told me no and that she had a rough night. I asked for corporate information, she told me to google it.
