Everything is good. I love the wingsand pizza it is so so so good live pizza so good for pizza lovers

I have a large family, and I cannot sit at a regular table because of my back,so I need a booth. We used to pull a table next to a booth, and have done this for 37yrs That is how long I've been going there. Now We've been told we cannot do this, this will be the last time I will come to this store for a family dinner. read more

I would order carry out only. The service inside is lacking due to fee employees but the pizza is great.

Just placed an order on the app and the app is obviously messed up but the young girl who doesn't know what she's doing would not help me fix it or admit that it was wrong even when the app shows an error when I pulled it up in front of her face this place is a joke Called corporate will be hearing something from them within one to three days. If not, I'll just keep calling I'm so sick of people not doing their job properly. If I don't do my job correctly, I get reprimanded for it as she should as well. read more

Service was slow. There was only one waitress working the dining area and she did not acknowledge customers who walked in and sat down. I walked out due to the waitress being too busy to get our order, no less our drinks. read more

I ordered a large pizza, hand tossed with 3 toppings, cinnamon bread sticks, and 16 honey BBQ boneless wings. Got there right on time, with no spot for curbside delivery, and stated on my the app it was the passenger side. The server proceeds to come to the drivers side. Got home, and the food was luke warm and tough as cardboard to eat. Missed the garlic flavored crust, which now it is bland. I doubt if I eat there again, because it hasn't been worth the money, especially if I am eating cardboard. read more

Dined in on a holiday and had a great experience. A ton of toppings on our supreme pizza. It was really good. Son had pizza with grilled chicken. It was amazing! Didn't expect it to be as good as it was, but he was very impressed with its flavor. Waitress was super nice and very attentive. Wish I would've asked her name to include it on my review because she did a great job. Overall very good experience! Thanks! read more

Only eat here if you can have your whole dinner with only 1 glass of whatever drink. They will never come back to the table after they give you your order. It's clean and all but people here look like they got out of bed and had no other choice than to come to work. No kidding. read more

Ordered twice and neither time was good so never again. Hard flavorless crust, barely there toppings even when I paid for extra! Hate to see what you would get without paying for extra toppings! Even tried the desserts and they went in the trash! Hubby and I love sweets so you know they were bad. Maybe people that don't know what good food is will like it. read more

The Pizza Hut in mineralwells is good but the delivery people look and act suicidal and abused. I never see a single smile on anyone's face . I literally tip them out of pity to try and make their days better because i know how the food industry can be. Our pizza was also all messed up when we got it we at least got to keep the messed up pizza(it wasn't even edible really it just looked like "pizza the hut" off space balls no pun intended) along with new pizza they delivered. All In all it was ok I hope whatever is going on with the delivery people's personal lives improve because their additude is quite depressing. read more

Pizza Hut in Mineral Wells is awesome! They have a wonderful pizza buffet, salad bar, and wings. I've been going to this Pizza Hut all my life, my earliest memory of it was when I was in 2ed grade, they had a program called "Book It" you had to read a certain number of books and your teacher would sign off on a card, then you could take the card down to Pizza Hut and redeem it for one of those little personal sized pan pizzas! Nothing in the world will motivate a child to read like earning FREE PIZZA!!! What a wonderful program! Like most of Mineral Wells there is an old school feel - even with a chain restaurant which is what makes it awesome. My Grandpa used to eat lunch here all the time, and had a special salad dressing that he loved and would bring his own bottle (BYOSD?) that they would keep it in the fridge for him, when they seen him coming they knew to bring him a glass of ice tea and his salad dressing! Now thats hometown service! read more

This is a good Pizza Hut, they make orders fresh and will correct any issues with deliveries or orders. The only time I had any issues is with the Pizza Hut app but that's not the store and more so the o line system read more

Hopefully this dump closes soon. One day they deliver to my house, the next time they say they don't. Lazy shits

The delivery service was shit, the guy who was supposed to deliver the food ended up not even getting the food to me and just canceled my order.i called to get my money back but I was told that it was "too late". Called back (an hour after) I was tired of waiting for the food. It was a 30 minute wait for delivery. The food (that I ended up getting a ride up there for) wasn't that bad I guess. read more

I got my first pizza from Pizza Hut tonight. It was amazing! The woman at the register told me about the deals going on, I got a pepperoni pizza and mini cinnamon rolls for 11 bucks. Came out fast and SOO GOOD! I will most definitely be back soon! read more

Went there because someone in our party wanted a stuffed crust and Dominos didn't have that. After only half a piece that 'someone' in our party suggested that we go to Dominos. My personal opinion: If Pizza Hut were the only restaurant open in Mineral Wells I'd go to Walmart and buy a frozen pizza. Pizza Hut: I thought they were defunct. Hadn't noticed one in years. I'll allow them this much: There were plenty of parking spaces. Now I know why. read more

Took 1.5 hrs for delivery absolutely unnaceptable for such a small town. Food was cold and the mngr was rude when I called to complain!

Absolutely done with this place. Went there tonight and got scammed for the second time. Ordered knots, drums, and med pizza off of the $5.00 menu plus 5 drinks which the server refused to allow us 4 off the $5.00 menu. Server then explained we could get a specialty pizza for the $5.00 price plus additional $4.00 for a total of $28.00. Instead we were charged $50.49 with the server insisting we ordered large pizzas which we absolutely did not. This is the exact same scam they played on us the previous time we came . Will NEVER go back. read more

Great pizza and great Service I was very pleased with the food it is one of the best pizzas

I just want to say I always get the best service here. I pick up pizza here once or twice a month. The order is always ready on time and the service is great. The employees are polite and cheerful. They make it worth ordering here. read more
