I was not prepared for how bad this would be. Limited options on a weeknight in town, so it pretty much came down to the Hut and McDs. I chose wrong. As a disclaimer, I have not sat down to eat at PH in probably around 30 years. Some carry out here and there, but just not a fan. I thought maybe in a smaller town, this would be a time capsule to when PH was good. Nope! Food: Pizza is pretty much inedible. I have had frozen pizza that tasted better. I was also surprised that it was brought out on a plate. Aren't they supposed to be cooked in a pan (even the non pan pizzas?). Veggies were undercooked, crust was soft bread. Just plain awful. Service: Decent, but am I supposed to bring the check upfront to cash out? After the bill was dropped off, the waitress didn't stop back. After 5 minutes, I just brought it up. No appologies, so maybe that's the process? Overall: Avoid this place. Just bad. read more

Came in to enjoy their taco pizza during a pizza promotion. One pan crust one thin and both were big hits. The only disappointment is that they only had medium salsa and no longer carry a mild. To round out the meal we indulged in the cheesy breadsticks, salad bar and some cajun spiced fries. For a small salad bar the offerings were quite varied and very fresh after they replaced the lettuce with a fresh bowl. The fries were simply delicious and while the portion was small for the price, I will order again. But the cheesy bread stole the show!! Everyone enjoyed the fresh mozzarella that was layered deeply and served piping hot. Overall, it was worth the price and time. read more

This location is usually the better of the two sit down locations... Boy has this place gone down hill! Took 45 minutes to get two pizzas and an hour to get a family sized order or cheese sticks. There was so little cheese on the pizza we actually asked if there was a cheese shortage in the area. The taco pizza is usually our favorite but it was missing the beans.... Very disappointed in the lack of service. What service we did get was from a couple of grouchy employees. I'll spend my money else where next time. read more

Passing through, Pizza Hut is usually a safe bet. Had the buffet, pizza they had was okay. However, they only stocked the buffet with obscure pizza rando flavors like cheese Alfredo. The staples of plain pepperoni, beef, sausage, etc did not exist...this drives me nuts. Please for the love of everything holy, just put regular pizza on the buffet then you can let your head chef dazzle us with their culinary skills and present just ONEwdsa pizza consisting of items that should never be combined , let alone on a pizza. read more

When I saw the unfavorable reviews, I really didn't want to order pizza here, but it was the only food delivery service in liberal, KS open and I was hungry After my 7 Hour Dr. from Kansas City. I ordered a thin crust, supreme with no green peppers extra mushrooms, and it showed up perfect and piping hot. They provided unsolicited heavy duty paper plates which most pizza places do not offer. They may have listened to their customers and stepped up their game, I was very impressed and I would absolutely order here when passing through town again. read more

I came for some spaghetti since I don't like Pizza Hut's pizza. Can't help that growing up on real pizza in Chicago. The spaghetti was fine. Nothing to complain about. Most people were eating the pizza buffet and I think the staff was geared to keep the buffet going. Took about ten minutes to get my spaghetti, but it was worth the wait. I would not be in any hurry. Two tables when a table of four came in. Ordered wings and a pizza, one and a half later we were still waiting. We left as three other people were still waiting and complaining. This was so terrible the last two times, the owners even left after waiting in line.
