Took two hours to give us our food I will never be back here could hear them talking in the kitchen about us. The room was so hot and was sweating. This experience was horrible. read more

99 % of the time the food is delicious, hot, and well made and the workers always seem pleasant and nice. It is always clean and a fun place to have a birthday party with a lot of different options. The only complaint I can say is sometimes they mix up our pizzas with other customers, but besides that they are doing good. read more

Food was great but service was not good. She was friendly but she was more worried about her phone. We had to go get drink refill box and check. They wasn't busy but every time I seen her there was her phone. Didn't have priorities straight read more

Pizza Hut - a pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, and other toppings - Pizza Near Me - Hinton, West Virginia

Hours have changed, management has changed, seen management talking poorly to staff that I knew w for a fact has been super helpful in the past. Food isn't as good and quick as it was. Will not be going back. It is not worth it read more

We don't come to Hinton often but when we do we somehow always end up here. The food is always good and cooked to perfection. Dim-ish lighting but quite, and the staff is mostly friendly and attentive. read more

Pizza Hut - a slice of pepperoni pizza in a pan - Pizza Near Me - Hinton, West Virginia

Who stole the sign? This place is like a grungy, poorly managed, hole-in-the-wall dive that stole a Pizza Hut sign and menu and is located in a remote place where Pizza Hut will never discover. Twice, now, we have carried out pizzas that were undercooked. And when I complained all that was presented were excuses. "Pizza with everything never gets done". Huh? It was as though I haven't learned a thing about pizza in my 50 years of eating it. But they did offer to make it right by asking us to bring back what we hadn't eaten so they could cook it again. As I said, poorly managed. read more

I dont even know how to start this post. We are all out for the day, went to Sandstone falls, then attempted to go to our favorite restaurant in Hinton, but they were packed... so we agreed on PizzaHut in Hinton.... I'm on the phone, but herding my crew in... and see the sign that says "please wait to be seated" so we stand there... I look around, and there is probably 5 or 6 open tables, and 5 people working in the restaurant. We stand, and stand, and I ask a waitress if we can just seat ourselves. Her response was fast, stating we had to wait to be seated. I offered to take a seat on patio area, and she said she could not put anyone out there, though there was a group sitting in the area. The looks that we got was off setting, but who cares.. I nodded, and stood some more. We stand for another few minutes, and a family came in after us. The waitress side steps us, and asked them where they would like to be seated. My mouth drops open, and I ask why we hadn't been seated. The same waitress looks at us, and never responds... my kids are hungry, and I'm mad now. I tell the kids to go to the car... my husband stands there to ask why they didnt offer to seat us, and she responded that we were just to big of a party. He politely walks away, because it seemed obvious that we were surrounded by ignorance. I am never one to jump to racism, or to say someone was racist... and I've been all over the place with my blended family and have never experienced anything like this. It felt like a blatant refusal to serve us. I understand that this is a small town, and maybe not as accepting of our diversity. I also understand that our money spends the same way as the white family that came in after us. I will probably never take my babies back to that restaurant. We have done an amazing job at teaching them equality, and go above and beyond to rise above ignorance... but it's hard to combat when you are singled out. Shame on that staff... shame on them for showing innocent children their small minded ignorance. If I could give a negative * review I would. I never even had a chance to eat their food. read more

Pretty sure the Veggie Supreme pizza here gave me food poisoning. Was sick for two days after my dinner here and should have reported it to the main Pizza Hut corporate office. read more

Terrible place to eat. We ordered the Cheesy knot pepperoni pizza. First they only made one with just cheese. They came and said "he accidentally made yours with only cheese. Would you like that pizza instead of the Pepperoni?" I stated "Lol, we want pepperoni like we ordered!" They made a pepperoni one it came out with a chunk missing and not done at all! We sent it back to make a new one! The new one was even terrible! DONT EAT HERE.... Employees don't care about customer satisfaction. They want to serve you what they make instead of what you order. Good luck getting a DONE pizza too..... read more

Unfriendly staff , missing 2-3 soda flavors very limited vegetables for salads, out of multiple salad dressings, out of multiple wing sauces, service over all all slow. No air conditioning. Pretty rough experience over all. read more

We get our grand kids for the summer wanted to take them out to eat so we decided Pizza Hut the food wasn't that great, The person taking care of us left, We run out of something to drink no one come to our table to see if we needed anything, The lady at the front she was a joke very unfriendly Went to get us refills and run out of pop, WOW run out of pop, We left, They need to clean this place up, We don't have a lot of places to choose from and I don't think the companies name is being held very high, I don't think none of the workers want to work to be honest, This was about 3:40 in the after noon, I think the employee's don't need to work here period read more

VERY disappointed. The server, failed to bring out our entire order. She brought the pizzas but not the breadsticks. She also took forever to refill our drinks. She spent most of her time socializing with other customers, one of whom was, apparently, the manager. It is like no one cares. The manager obviously didn't care that the server was not doing her job. read more

This is the best restaurant i have ever been to,the workers are super nice and really fast have i have not had one problem with this place and the food is delicious. read more

We sat at our table for 20 minutes before we were greeted by our server. It took another 15 minutes to bring out our drinks (water). We requested Diet Pepsi but were informed the box needed changed so we couldn't get it. It took another 10 minutes for her to bring out the children's drinks (also water). I can understand long wait times when they are busy or overwhelmed however, this was not the case. As we sat longer, we noticed this was the trend for all the tables being sat. I saw people from each of the other tables walk up and get there own refills since the servers never returned to follow up. There were 2 servers with 3 tables sat. They appeared to be fully staffed in the kitchen. I believe the only reason this pizza hut remains open is due to lack of competition in Hinton. I would advise anyone to go somewhere else. At least at McDonald's you get drinks and food in a timely manner. read more

Just ate there today. The new pizza rolls are pretty good. They have a buffet during the week.

We arrived at 7:00 and were told we would be served drinks soon but we sat there and they walked by our table three times and the waiter served their friends before us and ignored us before we left at 7:30. read more

I went into Pizza Hut with my family and ordered two large pepperoni pizzas and got a sweet tea for myself to drink. The sweet tea was super sweet and our pizzas took longer than expected. The place looked a little down and needed a cleanup. However, the pizza was good once we got it. read more

My husband and I called in an order for a large pepperoni pan pizza. The manager answered the phone, repeated the order back and said it would be about 15 minutes. We arrived on time. The hostess/waitress ignored is when we walked in waiting to be seated. She finally said to sit wherever we wanted. I told her we called an order in for a pan pizza. In a couple of minutes she brought out a thin crust pizza. I informed her we ordered a pan pizza and the manager took the order and repeated it. She was at a loss as to what to say. After a few minutes she said they'd make a new pizza but that the thin would be comped. I told her it wasnt necessary as we were hungry and it was late. She also said our drinks were bottled as they had water issues. When I went to pay for TV he drinks they charged full price for everything. I said our order was wrong and was to be comped. The cashier just looked, said nothing. I'll never go back again. Wednesdays at the Hinton Pizza Hut used to be so crowded it was hard to get a table. There were less than 6 customers when we were there last Wednesday. I see why. read more
