Online said about 24minutes for pickup, my fiance went and was early, but that way he got the pizza fresh. It was really good, warm, the original pan pizza was really good as usual. Crispy, crunchy , and cheesey. The Tavern style was thin and crispy, still just as good! Seasoned well. Also .....don't order delivery. They use third party apps like doordash, not worth it! Neighborhood Pizza Hut in Goose Creek SC provided inside seating as well as delivery service. I have a mixed review on this local restaurant. The service is not the best and staff is ok. Their food is average. There is plenty of room to sit inside the restaurant. I ordered a pizza and the taste was good but the dough was not cooked throughout. If you can catch one of their carryout or delivery special the price is not to overwhelming. You can order your food via Uber Eatz or Door Dash. Delivery service is rather slow taking up to an hour to receive your food. Overall I give this restaurant a 3-4 rating. read more

Although the food was excellent, I ordered a pizza , boneless wings and a regular garden salad online only to find out this particular location doesn't have salads. After being hung up on. The delivery driver not answering the phone. And being offered a store credit instead of a refund, I was told the manager was too busy to talk at the moment so stood by the phone waiting for a phone call, when a half hour went by I called and was told the manager tried calling and left a voicemail but subsequently had to leave for the night. We ordered from Pizza Hut in Goose Creek on December 21st. When we arrived to pick up our order, we stood up front waiting for it. The restaurant was filthy. Had we known the conditions before ordering, we definitely would have gone elsewhere. One of the orders was incorrect and after waiting another 30 minutes for it to be remade, we finally gave up and got refunded for that pizza, departing with the rest of our order. Our cheese bread wasn't cut and it tasted overcooked and we were missing sauces for the wings (we ordered 2). By the time we were able to eat, the food was lukewarm. So I ordered on the app NYE. They used Door Dash for delivery. Please note I did not order thru door dash. So the door dash guys drops my order with another customer and brings me their food. When I called him on it he went and exchanged the food and brought me their cold food that had been delivered to the other customer. Yucky! Pizza Hut claimed no responsibility saying it was Door Dash but as I explained to them I did not order thru Door Dash so it was Pizza Huts responsibility. This place is filthy. Needs to be shut down and deep cleaned as well as training employees and teaching them customer service. Several of us waited almost 10 minutes to be acknowledged. My order wasn't ready so I waited another 20 minutes to get it. When the young kid handed ut to me he did not check it and unfortunately neither did I. We were passing through so when we arrived home 25 minutes later and went to eat both pizzas were wrong and they had given us no dip for the wings despite asking and being charged for it. I immediately called the restaurant and after about 5 minutes a woman answered the phone. I explained what happened and how the kid was too busy playing around to do his job. She said I was the third or fourth person to call with wrong orders that night. She stated she had to remake one order 3 times. She offered to remake our order but I explained we were 25 minutes away and I did not want to travel back down there that late in the evening. She said she would refund my card and speak to the manager. The refund has not happened but they sure charged my card. I grew up with Pizza Hut and in fact my late stepfather was an executive with corporate when I was younger so I know what is expected and the quality that is supposed to be delivered. Hmm, not sure why I continue to visit this location...maybe $1 beer during happy hour. Anyway, fairly slow evening. Takes a few minutes for someone to acknowledge me sitting at the bar, pretty standard for this location. Someone eventual asks if I'd like something to drink and a menu. Get my drink and order a large Buffalo Chicken pizza with bacon and green peppers, 30 mins later (remember it's a slow night at least inside dining area) my pizza arrives and it's opened so I can review before leaving. Servers opens and shuts it quickly, I reach out and open it again and ask if this was a Buffalo Chicken pizza? Server looks at it and says yes it is, and points to my bacon and green peppers. So I ask where's the chicken? Server looks at it again, studies it...and eventually calls another server over who immediately conftirms it has no chicken. I don't think they purposedly She apologizes and says they'll get another one going. 15 mins later my pizza shows up as I ordered it. Pizza tasted great, usually does. My issue with this location is service, or lack of service. This particular night, in addition to my order being messed up...my drink was refilled with the exception of after my order came out wrong and I was forced to stay some additional time. And a manager or another employee off-duty was coming behind the bar, filling drinks for her boyfriend and family sitting in the dining area, guess she wasn't getting very good service as well. She smiled at me once while I had an empty glass but didn't bother to ask if I needed anything or not but she was off duty. I wish they delivered to my house but I'm outside their delivery range. First they were 4 minutes late opening. Now I am normally not that petty, but this is the easiest of the whole experience. Once inside, no pizza was out and the manager (who was our waitrss) had the best RBF (resting bitch face) that I have seen in weeks. In the end, I watched the plain clothes pizza carrier pull off his shirt as he left thevroof prep area to reveal the common wife beater tank top (made me think OSHA). Today has been the worst lunch experience EVER!!!!! My office staff and I went to lunch here and they all ordered the buffet. I don't care for pizza that much so I usually order the wings which are fine. Well we called in ahead and ask them to place certain items on the bar because usually by the time we arrive there the bar is half empty. We were informed by a male that the bar in stocked and it would be ok. Upon arrival at 1:05pm it was not stocked (we work 2 mins away) and it took them til 1;17 to bring drinks. I in turn asked if I could order my wings and the waitress said give her a minute. while my co-workers are eating Im just sitting there drinking my water. Well here she comes to take my order and then she asked if I wanted them togo I told her to box them up with the intensions of me not having enough time to finish eating them because our lunch is only 1hr..At approximately 1:45 we are getting our tickets to pay and I have not received my wings yet! customer service sucked from the Manger to both waitresses. No one seemed to care that I had not received my food nor that we had to ask for everything that we wanted.( ie refill of drinks. salad that goes with the buffet,, etc) Prior to us there was another table behind us that got up and left. and customers coming in the door witnessed this debacle and we recommended that they find another place to dine. Service really sucked and their attitude reflected in their actions. DONT EAT HERE until they receive some type of training in hospitality and serving skills.
