I also ordered the BBQ Maple bacon whooper and it barely had any of the fried onions and jalapenos. The BBQ sauce tasted burnt. Both meat patties were so overcooked and tasteless. It did not have the same old broil flavor like it use to have. The French fries, jalapeno cheddar poppers and cinnamon apple pie were all greasy and cooked in old oil. You know that old oil taste does not taste good at all. The service was the worst I've ever had at a fast food place. Waited 20 - 30 minutes for the food they didn't have and then waited another 20 minutes for the manager to fix the issue. You shouldn't charge someone for something you don't have and hope they don't comeback to complain about it. The workers at this location need a lot more training and it shows.
