I see an employee sitting at table so I think it is open because it's 8:30 PM, so I park but no luck because the door is locked. This place will go out of business because it always looks vacant because there are no cars in parking lot. Needs a lighted "OPEN" sign and the employees need to stay open the posted hours, not lock the dining room at 8:30. Best to just avoid the place all together. Update, 10/19/24 8:30 lobby hours posted to 9:00PM, the doors are locked and employees are ignoring customers wondering why? The thing that I like best is their ketchup. Besides coming in very convenient dipping cups, it is the best tasting ketchup I have ever had. Our past Mexican restaurant experiences include big city faves THE Original Momma N's, Lupe T's,, and the "Poppa's" Cantina ... so we've been around the taco block a time or two, dontcha know. The quality of the food at Tequila's in Bridge City is excellent - always fresh, always lean, high quality meats, bright, crisp veges, creamy cheese, guac, salsa, and sour cream ... cooked to perfection, coming outta the kitchen to the table hot, hot, hot! There are so many great meals - the chili rellano dinner (cheese-filled especially) is oh-so-cheesy-good, enchiladas every which way they fix 'em is enticing to the tastebuds, the tacos are ... taco-rrific.
