I appreciated that they have other options for mains other than pizza and offer a greater variety of salads, pastas, and sides. It is a tad pricey though, but the decor inside and seating make it feel like you're at a fancier Italian place and not any old pizza chain! For a chain there are many options that are vegetarian friendly. Service varies based on location and when you go, but seems reliable if there is one near you!

I could hear kids TV in the background every time the music quieted down between songs. The walls are decorated with someone's 1980s record collection- Billy Idol, 10cc, B52s, Fleetwood Mac, Blondie, Adam Ant, Ian Dury. I could keep going on, it was fun to spot all the sleeve art. Their driver kept insisting he was outside, when he wasn't so I called up to cancel the order. The driver asked me to come and find him and said he was by a bus stop. I have no idea where he was. On the 5th attempt he found the address and my partner took the pizzas. He then phoned us and asked us to return the pizzas, as I'd cancelled the order. He took the pizzas off my partner. I then phoned their Bristol branch only to be told that we'd taken the pizzas and must have returned them to someone other than the driver. As we have not received any pizza they have effectively stolen £26 approx off me!

The slaw was tasteless slushy veg (including peas) in the same watery/mayo slop and the corn seemed to be scattered with oregano. A random and unnecessary mix. How on earth can you ruin corn? Most of the tables were scattered with trays of half-eaten food and none of the tables look like they'd been wiped down. I won't be making the mistake again.
