So, I did feel bad when I got frustrated over the long wait. Their restaurant is usually packed with customers, so if you want a taste of their food without the anger of having to wait so long, best option is to occupy your time with some good friends, videos on your phone, or read a book. So again, is the food from Du & Ich good enough to sit and relax at their table? I'd say yes, but please bear with them as they are taking their time for a reason.
