The portions are enormous, the ingredients are vey high quality and the experience is simply incredible. Located in the Valparaiso neighborhood, at the heart of the "gourmet" circuit, Olivinho stands out for keeping real and traditional alive and well served. We could not be happier of eating there! Can't wait to return. Thank you very much!

Ahh I forgot to mentioned that Andrei speak English so it was so great and easy to communicate. Cheers!

I went with the Pizza D'Angelo and was very satisfied, especially considering it was R$20. On the flip side, service here matches most of my expectations for the area, which is rather poor. After waiting for my drink for 20 minutes, I reminded the waiter about it only to wait another 5 or so for him to bring it out. So, don't be shy about flagging down the servers because the food was worth it.

They have an amazing blend that might be one of the best I've ever had in my life. I love that this place is multifaceted. They are a pizzeria, a coffee shop, and a bakery all in one. There is a brick oven pizza in the store where you can watch your pizza get made which is fun. They have a lot of food options and take-home items that are delicious like cake in a cup, sourdough chips, meringues, cookies, etc. Overall a great place to hang out and eat.

As a local chain, there aren't an overwhelming number of outposts, and the pizza is good enough that I've seen lines at both this Rio and São Paulo location. The large restaurant can hold a number of people and it's nicer than a typical grab and go pizza place. You'll find locals making the queue to celebrate their birthdays and other special occasions. If there is a line and you don't feel like waiting, I recommend grabbing a table in the bar area and ordering your pizza to-go. While we waited, our trio enjoyed a few beers and by the time the pizza was ready, so was our table. We simply asked them to skip the to-go request and serve us at the table. The menu is chock full of different pizza options and you can't go wrong.

This is a Napolitan-style pizza place in Buzios!…read more Small and humble if compared to the others huge, fancy Italian restaurants in Buzios. But this pizza.... it is outstanding! Amazing crust, light, made with Italian flour (the owner, who also serves the clients, is Italian and loves Pizza). The tomato sauce is awesome, great taste! The Margherita comes with small pieces o tomato, instead of huge slices of it (as it is common in other places). Don't be fooled by the appearances! This small humble place beats most of the fancy Restaurants in Buzios! If by Buzios, you should give it a shoot! A Pizza-place so good that would make success in bigger cities as well. The only downside is that all the ingredients are superb, but the cheese is a simple, regular mozzarella, and that kind of unbalances the Pizza. To be fair, they do have a Margherita that comes with Buffalo mozzarella, that one should give it a try (we had a regular Margherita, with the regular Mozzarella). UPDATE: The owner contacted me to said that he was sad that I though the Mozzarella was a simple one, as he said that he uses a very good one, that you cannot find at the regular market. Oh, well... apparently my taste sucks in recognizing good cheese!! In any case, I feel obliged to update this review with this extra info!
