I've been in the bodybuilding industry for quite a few years now and absolutely didn't see this new addiction coming. Everything is still super new to me and wow is it a lot harder than i thought! The classes are small and intimate and the instructors work with you one on one in class. Very welcoming environment. While I may not do much with pole outside of the studio- I'm excited to keep learning and trying to get better to see how far I can push myself! Love it here. read more

Love this place, very welcoming, all the instructors are so kind, helpful and have the highest skill level. Let you learn at your own pace, while still pushing you through. Judgement free. I used to work out only at the gym. I never got the same results as I have from Pixie. They're the best with the best instructors. All the students are so encouraging to new students. Tonight was my first class and I had so much fun. I came by myself and the teacher/ staff were nice and welcoming. I can't wait to take more classes. You do have to be there early to the class, if you are late, come another day. Also the location is alittle tricky to get to. Location tip: it's not a street front store/studio it's in the back... keep driving to the back. It's worth it, don't hesitate to come! read more

I took my first class and enjoyed the class. I got the introductory deal for 6 classes (I WAS NOT AWARE THERE IS AN EXPIRATION DAY) I got sick with COVID 19 and was in pretty bad shape. So I couldn't leave my house for a month and a half. After my first class, I saw a deal on Groupon so I bought it for three classes and when I walked in I was told I was not able to use the Groupon deal because it was only for first timers. WASTE OF MONEY!! The girl at the front desk didn't even try to help and after I told her I was sick with COVID she told me I had to call when I was sick to let them know. REALLY??? I am dying of COVID and I'm going to think of giving them a call to save my classes?? It seems like they try to get your money no matter what, the classes are always full!! Really disappointed in this place, I would recommend you reconsider going to this place and find a more friendly place!! read more

I purchased a groupon for 'pole fitness classes' and set out to try this place. It was hidden in an insane warehouse district just off the train tracks so finding it was a problem, though it's addressed on their website. The groupon insisted reservations were a must and directed me to their website where I filled out the necessary forms and selected what dates and times I'd like to attend. What I learned is that the reservations mean nothing. A girlfriend I had signed up with arrived late, due to the hidden nature of the address, and there weren't enough poles. When she asked the front desk attendant, who turned out to be Jackie the owner/instructor, she was told there weren't enough because she was late. My friend informed her that she tried to reach someone at the business phone listed on the facebook page (since it's not on the site) and it went unanswered, so she was lost with no help. The customer service definitely left something to be desired. Bottom line, it was a great work out, and Derick is a fantastic teacher. Just make sure you arrive early, or you'll be left pole-less, sort of defeating the purpose. read more

Amazing award winning Instructors teach and train here!!!! The environment is great and both students and instructors are very supportive. Novice to expert is challenged here so everyone has the opportunity to grow and become more physically fit. From Aerial silks to Flexibility and Handstand class workouts here are never boring. Sexy flow classes and the private pole parties are really fun also. The studio itself is gorgeous inside and there are even pole outfits and grip sold in studio so everything you can possibly need for class is there. Amazing instructors. Their method of teaching is clear and safe for all levels, they also cover different aspects of pole dance not just tricks. All are very welcoming, friendly and informative. You will feel right at home. Class hours and prices are reasonable, and you are not rushed through a class like most places. These instructors are there to teach not to get through another class, they will reach out and be helpful to each and everyone of their students. My best friend and I have been looking for a new workout/ hobby for a some time now. We came across a groupon deal that offered 3 classes for a good deal at pixie pole fitness. We tried out our first Beginners class here and it was great. we enjoyed our workout and were both excited for the next class to come.Our second class we attended was sexy pole flow and that was a great class to gain the basics of exotic dancing,The instructor was so sweet we loved it and were eager once again to use our third class and continue coming back for a long time.On the studios website it clearly states that in order to attend an Intermediate class you have to only attend at least one of the beginners class they offer. My friend and I were turned away on two occasions attempting to go at our own pace in the intermediate class because we craved something more challenging than what was being taught in beginners class. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR TERMS ON YOUR WEBSITE as they are misleading.The customer service could have been more compassionate and understanding towards our interest. How else will people be able to advance in this skill. . . Being a mom of a one year old, a student and a full time worker I am only able to schedule my classes the day of which lead me to have to cancel and reschedule for my third class a couple times. Because they only have a cancel button and not a RESCHEDULE button, mind you i was making these changes within a matter of minutes. i never Just canceled my class and forgot about it, i rescheduled right away if a change was necessary. I was basically conned out of my third class that I payed for. After already being there ready to workout not only did they steal a third class from me , In order to attend a class I was already there for I had to upgrade my package and pay more upfront . please tell me why i would want to upgrade for more classes in an environment like this with terrible customer service to only be treated the Same way in the future . . . It made zero sense to me. I have danced for 8 years of my life professionally and I would never make my students feel uncomfortable, or not worthy of a certain level of dance. Their style is clearly not accepting of new comers. Simply for the treatment I wouldn't recommend this studio to anyone, Will definitely be joining a different studio in the near future to gain my pole skills at my own pace.
