Once in a while you might get lucky, but only after spending quite a bit of money. Not this place. I've never won so any plushies before and I'm already itching to go back. I was not home to receive the order but my father-in-law said delivery team saw the cushions and left them anyway. When I returned home late that afternoon I emailed the company immediately. After getting the run around from a couple employees, some guy called me back, said they were sending someone to replace the cushions. At that point I had a full house of guests and didn't want them parading through my house. I asked they credit me on the 3 disgusting and stained cushions. they refused. I don't care about the $30 they wouldn't credit me. I care about the lack of understanding that at that point I had a full house of people for the holiday and didn't want his team on my property. He was incredibly rude an inflexible. Unfortunate because we are renting again for NYE, as well as many business functions. Him providing good customer service over a measly $30 has cost that company thousands and thousands. Ridiculous.
