I stood in line for 15 minutes just to sign myself in while the secretary sat at the desk not being helpful. There seems to be no difference in taking a # and being called up and signing in using a kiosk other than confusion. If we are going to use said kiosk, than stop paying $ to a secretary whose purpose has now been taken away and use the $ to get a kiosk that functions properly.
