At my third and subsequent appointments, I was treated by a young man whose name is Steve. Steve ask me some questions and found out my knees and hips were my main concern. Steve observed my walking and then began explaining why my knees and hips were causing me pain. Steve showed me how to correct my walking which relieved the pain in both my knees and hips. While doing some routines, I moaned with pain and Steve ask me why I moaned and I explained that it hurt in the small of my back to get up from lying flat. Steve explained how to correct this problem immediately and what he told me worked. Steve told me so many things about the muscles in the body and how they worked together. I wish I could remember all the things he told me that would help me but at 83, I just can't. I can not praise this young man enough, he has changed my life for the better. May God bless this young man because he will bless those who are so fortunate as to receive his training and help.

To anyone who thinks that pain and discomfort and attitudes is just something you must deal with when it comes to your mammogram, I say come here because I didn't have to deal with any of that and was in and out in probably 30 mins or less.
