Work was completed quickly - was a simple job, no emergency contingencies needed. Cleaned up after the job, even took the rubbish from the site out with him too. Payment was fast and easy on a card. After weeks of no-shows by 3 other gutter-cleaning companies, Santos turned up promptly, at the agreed time to provide a quote. I booked it in but when bad weather looked like it was going to cause a delay, Santos called me and negotiated an alternative time two days later. It's basic communication, but I am grateful for this common courtesy after so much silence from the other companies. And of course, he and his staff member turned up at the newly agreed time on-time and carried out the job efficiently, thoroughly and respectfully - he apologised to the cat for disturbing her while working. Highly recommended.

Whenever I called or went into the shop, someone was willing and able to help me quickly. If they were with customers, they would acknowledge me and give me an indication of how long they might be. Whilst I could have got it a little cheaper at the big chains (e.g. Reece), he was willing to match their prices within reason and so everyone was happy. I got everything I needed in one place, they got all my business. He was also able to work with my contractors to have what they needed on-site, when they needed it. I would recommend this branch to anyone. (Note: I also went to the Crows Nest store a couple of times to look at a model of basin they didn't have in the Drummoyne store and didn't get acknowledged once!)
