I regularly find hidden gems, common bangers, and a wide selection every time I go in since they opened. On rare occasions where I needed their service help they have always come through and made good which makes me always feel confident in my purchases. Trade in prices are also competitive especially w store credit. They have a pretty focused toy and Pokémon selection too that I don't really get into but I've been there plenty of times when someone happily picked up something cool. Can't wait to see how this place grows over time!

That's what got us, we saw a few things that we wanted to see more of. There are multiple aisles of glass cases filled with every console ever made. Mixed in in those cases are games for each of those consoles. Also, there are a few other things that I don't even remember. Being that the items were in glass cases it almost felt like we were in a gaming museum. Especially after seeing some of the prices for some of the consoles. A lot of them are more expensive than when they were first released. I can see some of the variations of systems being expensive, but almost all of them were a bit too much. After scoping out the merchandise we were back out into the mall. Especially since the employees inside seemed to be amazingly bored and couldn't be bothered to look up from behind the counter.

The kids were talking to the owners about card games and she asked if they had ever played MAGIC and they said no, so she gave them each a free deck and talked to them about it. While their selection is decent, the prices are pretty much all on par with or higher than what you can expect to find online for the same items. This is pretty typical for local game shops so I don't hold that against them. However, what was weird was as soon as we walked in, we were apparently on a livestream they were doing. That's kind of weird to be filmed immediately upon entering a business, particularly with no written warning outside. We still walked around inside (thankfully mostly out of camera range), but the employees seemed very intent on their stream and keeping things "interesting" with their commentary. It was overall a pretty off-putting experience, despite the fact that their business otherwise seemed like a cool addition to the local business environment. I would consider returning here again in the future to give them another try, though I have to state the obvious: first impressions are important, and running a business still remains more about the customers in your store than your following online. It is a little hard to find (Hense the Secret) but look for Rockin Cat Cafe and its to the left, up a flight of steps. I didn't see any disabled entrances, so keep that in mind if you visit and need accommodations. The shop is quiet but the woman who helped us was pleasant and answered any questions we had. They had anime music playing in the background but not so loud that it was overbearing. Price wise it's on par with Barnes and Noble and 2nd Charles but the selection is much better and varied/unique. I ended up just buying a good luck charm but plan to visit again when we're in the area.
