What a horrible low integrity company!!! I received 2 pair of glasses from Dittman between March…read moreand June of 2024. I repeatedly contacted them within the first month and told them my glasses were not working out. The Dr. for some reason changed my prescription then had to re do it again. I got regular glasses and sunglasses. Unfortunately, I moved in July of 2024 and continued to have issues with my glasses. I called 7 times to get assistance. No one ever called me back. Four of the calls went into voicemail and 3 I talked with different woman who were working at the time. They all assured me that they were going to take my message to the Dr. and she would return my call. This NEVER happened. My sunglasses that I paid a very high amount for, broke. I called again to tell them that the glasses were only 6 months old and the arm broke off. Nobody got back with me. I am livid about the service. These glasses should have been under a warranty. I am now in Colorado and went to another eye dr., and they expressed how this office should have replaced these glasses. I called again and left another message with no response. I also called to have my prescription faxed to my new eye doctor and no one returned my call. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! I paid out of pocket over $1,000.00 for my glasses. I tried contacting through the website and all remarks are blocked. Hmmmm???? I wonder why??? Doesn't take much to figure that one out. The glasses were not suitable for me as they caused me to trip and stumble due to the poor design. Should I now get an attorney? I feel I deserve my money back. I must add this is no reflection on the young ladies who work in the office as they tried to help. This is a reflection on the Dr., owner, and management. Patricia R.

Nice doctors. But they were asking me extra $5.00 to measure my PD just after I completed my annual…read moreeye check.

The doctor my kids saw was awesome, great with kids. Other than that, this place has let me down…read more I got a bill for $210 for each of my kids. So I owed $420. At the bottom said my insurance didnt cover it. I have vision insurance. I called because I was confused because I DO have insurance. The lady told me they have to bill my medical even thought it is for an EYE exam and EYE doctor. I said can you please charge my vision insurance because I do have insurance she said sorry we're not a Walmart were a specialist practice and charge your medical. The receptionist was rude and even the billing lady wouldn't help. So had to pay the $420 even with insurance. A big amount I wasn't aware I would have to pay. They are scamming patients. Wish I would've saw past reviews before taking my kids here. Hope this helps someone in the future.

Read before you schedule an appt. My son saw Dr. Pennock from here for 4 years. Dr. Pennock…read morepersonally is a really nice guy, but every time we went - every 6 months, my son would tell him even with the adjusted prescription, things were still blurry. The Dr. would tell him it's a 20/20 prescription and insist that it was correct. They don't have any up-to-date eye machines to check prescriptions - still use the glasses with an insertable lens. After the last visit where the wait time was 1.5 hrs (ridiculous in my opinion), I ended up taking my son to America's Best. They used their up-to-date technology and told us that the prescription Dr. Pennock had written was not correct. My son had astigmatism which we were never told about, and that's why he has not been able to see clearly for the past 4 years. How does an eye doctor miss the fact that there's astigmatism? America's Best gave him the correct prescription and now after suffering for years, my son can finally see clearly.
