Instead, they barely finished our second floor and had none of our first floor done when we returned. On top of that, it took them an additional three days to finish the job. The final job included uneven floors, floors that creaked, and floors that were not evenly distributed. They clearly were in a hurry, with quality being a minor concern. They offered us $500 credit for a future job but their pricing for said future job was so outrageous it seemed a joke. Instead we went another direction. We used Empire for our addition 6 months later, and the quality difference is noticeable. The Empire floors are solid, even, and stable. The Molyneaux floors are uneven, inconsistently placed, and lacking quality for the price charged. Overall very disappointing.

They made sure of the job and the carpeting was correct. I am remodeling a little apartment off my home. Then they immediately got to working, diligently worked hard all day till my carpet was all installed beautifully and professionally. They did a wonderful job. I will continue to use this professional company and crew for future projects. Thank you! I highly recommend molyxneaux. Price was good too for the excellent work and quality carpet and pad I purchased.

Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. The installation itself was riddled with problems. The crew did not complete the job on the scheduled day, and no one from RiteRug proactively informed us of this. We had to reach out ourselves to point out that an entire room had been left completely untouched. Trim work throughout the home was also left unfinished. Once the installation was "complete," the quality issues became apparent. Carpet in every room where it was installed began coming up within a single day. The LVP trim work was done so poorly that we ultimately had to scrap it entirely and have it redone. After reporting these issues, RiteRug scheduled a follow-up visit four days later to address everything. The crew only finished the LVP in the room they'd originally skipped -- none of the other outstanding issues were resolved. We then contacted our original point of contact, the same person who had measured our home initially. To his credit, he acknowledged directly that the job had been done "horribly." He offered $300 in compensation on a job that cost nearly $2,800. When we pushed back and asked for more, he escalated to his manager -- but in doing so, misrepresented the situation, telling his manager that only one small area had issues rather than the full scope of problems we'd documented. The entire resolution process dragged on for about a week, and we ultimately received a discount of roughly 37%. That amount was still less than half of what it actually cost us out of pocket to have the floors properly redone by another company. We hire flooring contractors regularly throughout the year for various projects, and RiteRug was by far the worst experience we've had -- not just in terms of installation quality, but in how the aftermath was handled. Between the incomplete work, the poor craftsmanship, and the lack of transparency in resolving it, we would not recommend RiteRug for any flooring project.

Fantastic service, John was upfront, transparent, and accurate with his quoting. Arrived on time,…read moreand finished in short order, totally cleaned our sectional and ottoman. The ottoman had a horrific cat puke stain (wet food salmon, sat for 7-8 hours before we noticed) that we tried to remove, but only made things worse. Thought we might have ruined the ottoman for good, but Eco King made it look brand new, very impressed. Also impressed that there wasn't any harsh chemicals being used, no smell, and when John was leaving, I mentioned that I accidentally stained my car seat with coffee. He took out a spray bottle and cleaned that too, looks brand new again. Amazing, totally worth the price. Will definitely use their services again.

I had actually given him 4 stars because of the quality of the work, deducting one because of the hose length situation. I don't know on which planet a 4 star review is a bad one, but yeah. He was *really* upset, claiming that nothing I had said about the hose situation ever happened because the bulk of his business was actually apartment buildings and hotels, so *of course* he had had plenty of hose. He denied asking to go through a window - and among a couple of other strange claims, he actually tried to tell me that *I* had told him to stop cleaning my hallway halfway back! Seriously?? We went back and forth, and the upshot was I asked him to come back. I was disappointed that his first available appointment wasn't for a week or so, and then he said h
