At that time I was told that they offered a competitive pricing program for there customers. I contacted them the first week of October for a fill up and I was told that propane was $3.99 / Gal. I quickly informed them I was out on that. I proceeded to contact another local propane company and was told propane was running $2.19 / Gal but as a new customer they would offer $2.00 / Gal with 150 gals. After this I was told to look up a bill on price gouging. It is perfectly clear that company's can be fined up to $150,000.00 and individuates $2000.00. I have contacted LIHEAP, they informed me that there were also TN laws governing price gouging. They gave me all the contact information to the TN Energy Commission. Anyone wanting the contact information for the departments to file a complaint, message me. Buyers Beware
