You can never get Mr. Myrick on the phone, and his workers either ignore you, Rarely if ever return phone calls, and when you do get them on the phone try to push you off on someone who is not there. They actually cost me over $9000 because they would never send an insurance verification to the bank I had my home mortgage with, which eventually forced the bank to force other insurance coverage that cost 9000+ dollars more than the insurance I already paid Myrick. Therefore he and his company took a commission on that sale and did not perform, which cost me the extra insurance coverage forced by the bank. It was incompetence in malpractice and I actually contacted a lawyer to see if it was worth suing him over this malfeasance. Once I switched insurance brokers to another broker in Daphne Alabama, (Thomas, Harrison, & Associates), it was like night and day and have not had any problems since.
