The attendant told me they would work on getting it fixed. So after about 10 minutes of no video or music and a lot of people there. I looked for him and he was standing outside the room, I was upset first of all because I just lost my mother and told him we needed the TV to work, that people came to see memories of her, his response was Well, that's not the only reason they came, in a very condescending rude tone.
I was shocked at his response as was all that heard it. 3 people told me that it was the most unprofessional thing they've ever seen. They eventually moved us all into another room. Everything had to be moved which was quite disruptive and upsetting. I understand things go wrong, but his attitude and comments were unacceptable.
When I returned later on to pick up her death certificates I wanted to lodge my complaint and he was the only one there to talk to me. After I said how unprofessional and rude I thought it was, he said Well, you got snarky with me. I was shocked at his response. I was distraught and grieving the loss of my mother.
