After 2 days of waiting and receiving no response, I called Nature's Image again - this time speaking with a person. The lady assured me that they had received my message and I was on the list for the owner to call. She confirmed they do several projects in our area. She apologized and said I should be hearing something that day. Well, it's been over 2 weeks and I still have not heard back. We anticipated spending several thousand dollars for the landscaping project. If that is how a potential customer is treated up front, I can't see hiring them and dealing with the headaches of them not returning phone calls or not showing up as scheduled to perform the work.
