Yes, our back rear window caught on fire in January, during sub-zero temps, with snow on the ground. Unfortunately I did not have any marshmallows for the active fire burning on our new (to us) $28,000 truck. If this flaming experience still hasn't gotten you fired up to purchase a vehicle here, being talked to as less knowledgeable because I'm a woman really made the experience so enjoyable. On top of our fire and broken glass in the back of the truck, Rodney didn't see it to be an issue. After hours of pleading, we finally were able to get our fire damage looked at. OH BUT WAIT! None of the issues were fixed. The truck still had glass, was given to us with half a tank (why? Unsure), and my husband was without a truck for over a week. *this is based off our own fiery experience with this Chevy certified dealer, purchasing a used certified Chevy - if your experience is different I am extremely jealous** I'm from the Valley of the Sun - I never thought I'd purchase a vehicle in the land of ice and snow that would not only catch on fire *with active flames* but have a small town dealership treat me the way they did. If having a fiery experience with Rodney sounds like your cup of tea - stop on in! Also! When you go inside a dealership that doesn't offer to help, or actually inspect your trade in - there might be an issue. *this is based off of personal experience, and opinions only*
