This USED to be my go to place for oil changes until recently. The staff are condescending and rude. Blamed my dealer for "putting on my oil filter wrong" and damaged my heat shield. I try to support local but not this place anymore. Much nicer folks at Mr Lube. read more

We called ahead to be sure they were open, when I arrived it was 4:15pm, 45 minutes before they closed. There were 3 people inside on their phones etc. The automatic door opened and when I arrived to get service they said they were closed and to try mr lube. They said that they had already closed their cash, and that there was nothing they could do. I pulled off the lot 20 minutes later, after I typed this, and they are still just hanging out, not closed, but taking any cars! Lol read more

My wife recently went for an oil change and asked for "exactly what was done last time". The worker gave her synthetic oil instead of semi-synthetic (Which I have always used), did not explain this to her, and charged her $100. I called the next day and a worker informed me that they don't care semi-synthetic anymore and that this would have been explained to her at the time. This was not explained. He essentially called me a liar over the phone. We will not be doing business with them again. read more
