I showed up as soon as they opened and someone at A+ told me they'd be able to get me on the lift in an hour and a half. I returned 75 minutes later and suddenly they're swamped. "You'll have to come back on Monday". I use my vehicle for work. Now I'll miss two days pay because an A+ employee wasted my only chance to get my car fixed this weekend. Very unprofessional.

However, instead of replacing the battery first--which should have been done before changing the sensors--they started replacing the car's perfectly fine sensors. Fortunately, only one sensor was replaced before they placed an order for the rest. In the meantime, I replaced the car battery myself, and all the warning lights disappeared. I can't believe that all these so-called specialists didn't know that when all the sensors light up at the same time, the issue is the battery, and that it should be replaced first. I'm deeply disappointed in this so-called specialist repair shop, which uses such an unethical approach just to make money. My question is: how many perfectly fine sensors were they planning to throw away before even considering the battery? Additionally, the manager at their Torbay Road location was extremely rude and aggressive. I am owed $323 for the incorrect sensor replacement, not to mention two days without my car, transportation costs, and the unnecessary stress this has caused.
