My husband and I have worked with Mark Pirozzi for two different cases. In both we found him to be compassionate while a fierce advocate. We never doubted he was working in our best interest while considering the next step to pursue in a complicated, protracted proceeding. We will always refer our friends and family to him, without reservation, knowing he is ethical and honest, which sadly, is not always a given in the legal arena nowadays. read more

He has paid a significant amount of money and just gets the run around from Lori, the paralegal, if she even answers the phone. We have done everything she has asked. There is always a new excuse, it has been 3.5 years. In October, I stopped in the office ( we suspect she does't answer when she sees our name) and she said my dad would be getting a letter from the court. It's now almost February, no letter. I can't wait to hear the next excuse. In my opinion, they have stolen a couple thousand dollars from elderly father. We spent months trying to get his title back, which she swore she didn't have but then "found it". His trust is full of spelling errors, when I pointed this out Lori said it doesn't matter?? I could go one forever....DO NOT recommend the Fairlawn office, one star because that was the lowest option.

Lawyers sometimes get a bad reputation for lack of follow up, honest, and quick follow up. Kevin and the entire firm are exactly the opposite of what you'd think of when hiring a law firm.
