When you go looking for help with a sensitive case and is already hard for you to reach out for help and this company decided to kick you down even more is crazy . 2026 what have we come to ? I'll be posting video of this interaction on my page for shares and awareness to not do business with this company!

I cant speak for the whole company...I hired jeffery Hawkins in a custody case he's so…read moreunprofessional his office looks like a paper junk yard so unorganized. He talks the talk and when comes to the walking part he will just walk off your case and take your money. He was bragging about having custody of his grand daughter rather then doing his job and looking into our case. Used us for $3,000 and threaten to walk off. The dad who won custody of the case has an assault charge on a female in front of kids and drug and alcohol history been in rehab twice never paid child support. jeffery told us that its expunged and i understand that to certain extent when its a violent charge expunged or not this should of still played a big part in how he should never have custody of any kids. guess according to stark county violent charges and not paying child support is how you get custody of your kids. oh dont forget to beat the mother too they will look past it

Justine has been unprofessional in lacking communication and timely followup handling my Aunt's Trust. We were first contacted by Justine in October 2019 following my Aunt's death in April, and were sent our distributions as her beneficiaries accordingly by May 2020.  Final accounting (after disbursements, taxes, fees, etc,) shows last activity in December of 2021. After PERSONALLY initiating communications with repeated followup requests and significant delays at each step with Justine Winger, her assistants, and her prior firm, June of 2023, we have received the final accounting, release, and refund of remaining funds to close the Trust, more than 4 years past my Auth's passing. Examples of Justine Winger's unprofessional behavior include: - I was informed my Aunt's jewelry was sent for appraisal in September of 2021. The jewelry appraisal, jewelry box and contents were delayed until the following year, November of 2022, when it was sent to me poorly packaged with the jewelry box broken. - Justine's delay in forwarding the Final Accounting, Release Forms, and Refund in order to close the Trust, after unresponsive communication attempts from my own initiative. - Justine neglected to inform us that she left Champion & Company, LPA, leaving us to locate her new contact information ourselves. What we find profoundly unacceptable as beneficiaries, is the necessity of initiative and persistence, due to Justine's lack of communication, response and delays in followup and follow through to complete and close the Trust. One would reasonably expect an attorney to guide their clients through this process, rather than expecting the client to prod and chase them down at each step. Perhaps Justine and her staff would benefit from efficient and effective client management software.  Ultimately I am left to anticipate had I (as the family's representative) not been personally proactive at each step, Justine would have failed to close the Trust. Overall, we would not recommend her services and we feel heavy-hearted for my Aunt in trusting Justine Winger to handle her estate, being unaware the work and frustration of her nieces and nephews.

She has been unprofessional and has absolutely no communication with families that care for their loved ones and this was my mother. She moved my mother 4-5 times and tried to have her house foreclosed on without telling me her daughter who was on the house in a survivorship status on the deed. She did not pay my mom's bills at her nursing facility and was kicked out and then she moved 3 more times till her death. My mother had dementia and heart issues and moving a dementia patient that many times is detrimental to their mental health. My mother also had a C-Pap machine which was discarded and this was an important part of my mom's health. She deteriorated after her 4 move, and then she was put in hospice and died. This has been the most horrifying experience of my life.
