They tried to bill me for setting up software I set up myself on my day off after a computer crashed. When I questioned the bill, I was totally ignored. No emails were returned, and no phone calls were returned either. When I asked to speak to a higher up, I also was ignored. I can't believe in this day and age that you can get away with such terrible customer service. I ended up finding another computer guy, and in the end the 415 group did not hold up their end of the deal. I asked them to uninstall all of their web monitoring software by 9/30/2017, and on 10/3/2017 it was still installed in 2 of my computers. When I asked them to remove it, they told me I was on my own. Very unprofessional. I would not suggest using their services.

Accountant Scott Saba with this firm prepared and filed our Joint Personal Income Tax Returns for several years. After divorce I hired another CPA to prepare and file my Individual Income Tax Return. This CPA noticed that David B Saba CPA did not prepare our tax returns in compliance with the tax laws and regulations of the IRS. As a result, I was forced to hire Pure Tax Resolution firm with Tax Attorneys and Tax Accountants to resolve many past years of incorrect joint income tax returns which did not include FBARs and 1040 forms. The legal fee was $8,200.00. David B Saba CPA can and should be liable for errors and is responsible for any penalties from the IRS. This firm did not provide competent and diligent representation on our past tax returns.
