I have been to dentists that will be excessive with their treatment plans. He looks for he best way to preserve your teeth without compromising your health. I have VERY sensitive teeth. Dr. Adam was very gentle and eased any anxiety I had. He is not in the profession solely for compensation. He really cares about the integrity of his work and personal character. He is nonjudgmental and unbiased. Serving patients from all walks of life. His bed side manner is perfect for children as well. Before I solely wanted my children to see a Pediatric dentist. Now I have all of my children as patients at his office. Did I mention I have 5 kids and their office came up with an efficient schedule to see all of them without multiple appointments. I have yet to do any cosmetic procedures but I have one that I will be setting up soon and will definitely give a review on the outcome. Dr. Adam is also training in sleep study! At my visit he was asking me questions regarding my energy level. How tired I feel constantly and feel as though I never fully went to sleep. I'm eager to learn more about this process. I was impressed with his knowledge and versatility. It was like he knew when I sat down what was going on. It is so hard to find health professionals that really care about their patients. Dr. Adam takes the time to get to know his patients. He treats you like a person! My husband works a third shift job requires a certain schedule. The office was able to accommodate his schedule. Once my husband arrived he was checked in and seen immediately. No waiting! My husband and I are pleased with our decision to switch. I cannot recommend Dr. Adam Hubert enough for the whole family.

The results were terrible and later confirmed by another dentist to be improperly performed. When I told Franklin street dentistry about the issue, I was met with nothing but problems. Admin staff was entirely neglectful with callbacks, scheduling, and sending the paperwork I needed (still waiting, months later). The "doctor" (if you can call him that), lied, messed up details, then basically just tried to say everything he did was fine. Then, after waiting a few weeks, when it was just a couple hrs before my appointment, they had Maria the office manager call to say they were dropping me as a patient. This appears to be because they don't stand behind their work. I had to pay thousands more since Franklin street ran up the bill and insurance doesn't like paying for the same things twice in a short period. All in all, this place completely worked me over. I would advise everyone to stay away as much as possible. This place cost me thousands and left me in extreme pain. Their attitude and unwillingness to provide proper care are truly disgusting. Again DO NOT GO HERE, unless you like throwing away money to practitioners who do not seem to care at all.

She said that she would resubmit the claim to my insurance. I then received another bill for the full amount 30 days later. I called Elizabeth again, this time she told me I had to call the insurance company and figure out why my claim hasn't processed and paid. She said that it's not her job to figure out what my policy covers. I asked her what the EOB stated regarding no payment. She LIED and said that they don't receive EOB's(a doc which explains why a claim paid or didn't). This is medical billing 101. Health insurance companies always notify the provider with an Explanation of Benefit. I called my insurance and confirmed my procedures are covered. The rep also confirmed that they always notify the provider on how a claim processed and paid and whether any lines denied. They took enough x-rays to make me glow in the dark. Then the dentist examined my teeth. She said that she found several cavities and one was almost to the nerve. It was a tooth that already had a filling. I don't know if it continued to form or what. But I didn't get to see my x-rays except for one picture. The dental plan she had made out for me came up to almost $4000!! And that's not including having my two teeth pulled. They said that because of my root being curved, I needed to see an oral surgeon. That would be extra. I agreed to it and put down a large deposit. After I got home, I thought I had better get my tooth taken care of before the rest of it breaks. I called and canceled my appointments and asked for a refund minus the exam and x-rays. The doctor and staff are nice but I didn't like being pressured to have more work done than what I asked for. I'm 59 years old and am just getting ready to have a lower dentures installed.
