Our salesperson was Sara and she came out, tested our water and shared resources where we could get more facts about our water. We got a quote for a plain under sink unit and a whole house system, and she thoroughly explained all the different options you could get. My extended family buys alkaline water, so we decided to be bougie and get that on the counter spigot, however at Sara's suggestion we did plain RO to the fridge and ice maker. David was the technician that came out. He was extremely personable and you can tell he believes in their product. He did a great job drilling into our countertop and provided some guidance in machine placement for easy filter changes. They sell an American made product, and it has great reviews. Anytime I call, it goes straight to voicemail. Russell's phone number won't even work for me unless he turns on iMessage. This company is not at all what it used to be when I first got the equipment. I think Russell may be putting me off indefinitely so the warranty on my system runs out. This company seems to be quite shifty and the people are possibly conniving to not have to devote any additional funds or time to me as a loyal customer. It was a much better organization when Jack Ervin worked for them; but, unfortunately, he retired. This is a deplorable state of affairs they've put me in. Chris met with us quickly and was happy to do the system exactly how I wanted it, with quality parts from some of the best manufacturers with solid warranties. He was happy to install some other equipment I bought and set up my over the top redundancies so we will always have the ability to service the system at any time without losing water access. He called Rinnai Tech Support, checked a few things I had already pretty much ruled out and after about 1 1/2 hours, in his own words .... "Ran diagnostic on Rinnai tankless heater with Rinnai proline. Came to conclusion that burner needs replaced or pulled and cleaned" .... He proceeded to tell me it would be $230 for today's visit and he was leaving....I asked him well that's all your going to do and he replied well I could pull the burner and clean it but Rinnai stated it would be 8 hr job at $120 and hour or he could put me in a NEW tankless for $4,000..... I thought he was kidding at first but realized he wasn't and he was leaving and I had NO HOT Water and a wife that was pissed!!! We had been without hot water for days!!!!! I THOUGHT Calling a So Called Professional Plumber was what I needed to do as to not void any warranty...BIG MISTAKE....
