We hired Pint Size Party for my little nephews first birthday and it was the best play pen, ball pit, with 2 slides one for the little kids and one for the bigger kids. They were on time setting up and were very organized ! My nephew's party was cowboy themed so they added little bouncey horses to the play pen. All the kids had a blast. Their equipment is so clean and well maintained. They have a lot of different options for colors and themes. Excellent communication with the owner. I would definitely recommend them and use them again for another event.

We used Pint Size Party for our daughter's first birthday and it was a huge hit! The kids (age range 8 months - 8 years) had a blast and didn't want to leave. Knowing they were safe, corralled, and having fun was a great way for the parents to relax and enjoy the party as well. The ball pit is a must (we'll do the slide next time when she's older). It was super easy to book, pick colors to coordinate with our theme, and they had great communication during the planning/set up/break down process. We are so happy we found them and highly recommend them for your little ones' birthday parties!

Excellent service. I appreciate receiving exactly what is described in the website product description. The rules for rental are simple and easy to follow. PintSizeParty customer service is Beyond beyond any other company I have found is North County. Before booking with PintSize we reached out to a few others, we had a specific theme that my wife was not going to allow us not to have a soft play to match, they worked with us, customized to everything she was thinking of and we were so happy the day of. On time delivery, there was no problem if we needed to keep it longer. We are so blessed and excited for the start of a long time customers.

The soft play area was perfect for our daughter's 1st birthday! Communication was great leading up to the party. They actually left the play area at our party longer than we expected, so the kids got some extra play time :) I highly recommend renting from this company if you have little ones that need a soft, secure area to play! I would definitely book with them again!!

Once again, we had Pint Size Party's services for my son's second birthday. This year was a little different due to Covid. It was just him enjoying the setup, but he absolutely loved it! It was set up and ready to go once he woke up from his nap. He was playing there the minute he woke up, until they came to pick up. He had so much fun. Thank you for making my little one's birthday even more special!

We used pint size party for my son's first birthday. It was within a week away but Megan was quick to respond and confirm everything within two days. Rain was forecasted for the party so we had to move most things indoors, including the play area. They were able to make a smaller 6x6 play area with just the ball pit because of the spacing indoors. They are very accommodating and my son had a blast playing despite the rain!

In…read morethe final month before the wedding, our original event rental company began bringing up some last-minute issues--things we had already agreed upon since the beginning of our contract. First, they suddenly said they didn't want to hang our paper lanterns. Then they changed their mind and said they would, but it would cost $30 per lantern--even though the lanterns themselves cost only about $2 each! I had done my homework and knew that other companies, including Platinum was quoting $2.50/lantern, so we were pretty shocked by the price. Second, just a week before the wedding, they informed us that they needed additional setup time, which would have forced us to pay an extra $1,400 to rent the venue for longer. At that point, I decided to shop around for other quotes. Our DJ recommended Platinum, and I was astonished to find that they were nearly $2,000 cheaper than our original event rental company--mainly because our caterer had been adding an extra 22% operational fee and 7.75% sales tax on top of the rentals. I worked directly with Sydney from Platinum, double-checked for any hidden fees, and she assured me there were none. So a quick tip for other couples: you may want to have your wedding coordinator work directly with the event rental company instead of going through the caterer, as the caterer may be adding unnecessary upcharges. We made the switch to Platinum the Tuesday before the wedding, and Sydney and her team did a phenomenal job. We were thoroughly impressed, especially given the last-minute change. Everything was on time, there were absolutely no issues, and the setup was so seamless that none of our guests even noticed the transitions. The courtyard looked absolutely stunning with the market lights and all 40 lanterns. Thank you so much to Sydney and the team for helping make our day so perfect. We didn't have to worry about a thing!

I met with her at our venue to checkout the deep purple sashes and black chair covers they offered. And thankfully, the purple they had was perfect. I like to theme our wedding as vintage rustic fall with an undertone of Halloween lol complete with skeletons used during our engagement. I wish I knew how to add photos! The planning was simple and they were very easy to contact and discuss the day. When we entered the reception venue, everything looked amazing. At the end of the night, they came in and collected everything to include accidentally taking a baby blanket and jacket. The next day, I contacted them about those items and was happy to hear they indeed had them. We met outside my house which turned out to be great as well. They told me our reception venue was well put together and looked like it was done with care and love. That made me feel good since my best friend and I did everything ourselves and they see weddings all the time. Not only that but, they took photos of everything! Our photographer turned out to not be the best so I was extremely happy to get the photos from Lovely Chair Covers. They were more artistic and better than the photographers! So thank you triple! To put it frankly, Fady is an asshole! And a bad person without integrity or honesty! From start to end I regretted using him. I was paying $800 just to have our initials on the dance floor and when he sent samples of the fonts I didn't like them and he was very snooty and rude telling me to design my own. Obviously I don't design initials... So I had to go with one of the ones he designed even though I requested other options. It gets worse... My mom happened to attend a wedding where he did the dance floor about a month before mine (he is Iraqi and does lots of weddings apparently) and she was worried because she said the dance floor at that wedding didn't look good and had crinkles and bad edges. But we had paid the deposit already and couldn't cancel at that point. When I asked him about it to express some concern and let him know I didn't want that quality work for mine, he ignored me and never addressed it. Day of wedding he did a worse than terrible job wrapping the dance floor in the ballroom. It looked like shit! Soooo bad. Everyone including photographers were saying how bad it looked and that I should have a refund. Huge bubbles everywhere, pieces of white tape randomly placed in spots all over, just absolutely horrible. It made the room look terrible and it was embarrassing to be frank. Would have rather just had plain wood. It was the worst wrapping job I've ever seen. I should have taken more pictures to be able to show you truly how bad it looked. After the wedding I contacted him to complain and request a refund. He tried to blame the hotel saying it was poor quality wood but the hotel sent me photos of the dance floor pre wrap install and it was in fine condition. He became abusive with his words and even threatened to take me to court if I wrote a review. He is a psycho! Stay away!!! Worst customer service and human being I've ever hired. Refused to refund me, blamed others for his poor quality work, and threatened me several times. I unfortunately paid via Zelle or I would have charged back.

When time came to plan the actual party, I became overwhelmed with all the ideas from pinterest and my lack of time from work and our newborn. I needed help. After a quick google search and Yelp, I called Jennae from Party Pax. LIFE SAVER! From the beginning Party Pax was professional, and even had great vendors to help with characters/cakes/cookies. I used all her resources and the party was terrific. The process is simple. Order what you want, pick it up, set up for the party and return when you're done. If I would have bought all the decoration, I would have spent so much more money, plus I would have had to store the decor and I have no more room in the house (and you know I would have never used it again!). Where are they going to eat? How are ugly tables with cheap plastic table covers going to be themed in any way? What have I done????? That's where Jennae from Party Pax comes in! I was absolutely floored at the selections and quality of all of her settings. I ordered seating for 24 girls and 12 boys in 2 separate themes. It is literally the easiest thing ever to setup. Everything comes in very neatly packed boxes with an instruction sheet. The tables break down small enough to fit in a car as do the child sized chairs. As a man who wears jeans and t-shirts and has absolutely no sense of fashion or ability to put something like this together - it was a breeze. I also rented her red carpet roller and hilarious "Musical Princess throne" for my daughter which was a huge hit. I am sure Jennae changes the battery in that thing every rental! Super easy business to deal with - responsive and even accommodated a last minute add of an additional 12 settings I requested. Pickup and dropoff - easy. Repacking - easy. Can't say enough, completely awesome business and owner. I have a 6, 4, and 1 year old - plan on keeping Jennae busy the next several years until the kids are too big for her settings!
