The color she uses also keeps my grey hair covered far longer than other color brands I've had used on me over the years. But thought it would be quick to just go in and ask for an appointment. After walking in no one helping her or asking if she needed something. She finally asked someone for an appointment. The first lady looked at her and said she could't take it asked two others and the looked at her and said they didn't want to it would take too long and they were tired they didn't have anything available. and were very rude and dismissive. My daughter came out crying!!! We are latin by the way. My daughter suffers from high anxiety and is on the spectrum. just going to ask for an appointment was hard enough. Being treated in such a crapy manner was not ok. I was furious I did go on line and they had plenty of appointments available. So not sure what the issue was. This ladies don't need any more costumers. She was only asking to book an appointment by the way. I never leave bad reviews but this place needs to work on their customer service.
